The registration of architects in the state of Victoria celebrated its centenary in 2023, marking 100 years since the first statutory registration of professional architects in June 1923.

In 2023 the ARBV partnered with Open House Melbourne to host a walking tour of the city of Melbourne called "100 Years of Registered Architects in Victoria".
